How To Go From The Gym To Work Without Having To Shower

If you go to the gym every morning before work, you may dread having to shower there and get ready. But it can be hard to get out of either work or exercising. Because showering takes a long time and adds to your morning routine, what if you could get away with skipping it every once in a while? But how?

Dry Shampoo

Washing your hair every day is known to strip your scalp of natural oils which are essential for growth and strength. If you have a wet and greasy scalp, though, you probably don't want to go to work looking disheveled. If your hair is dripping with sweat, you can just blow dry the sweat out of it and then you can just add some dry shampoo to it. Dry shampoo is typically in an aerosol can, and you can spray it on your scalp to help absorb any of the oil on it. Depending on how you feel, you may be able to get away without showering for a few days if you want.

Face Wipes

Face wipes can really come in handy if you don't want to shower after you go to the gym. Face wipes will help you get rid of face oil, sweat, and dirt all with just a single face wipe. Plus, you may be able to use them on your underarms too to get rid of all of the sweat. When you are looking for face wipes, just make sure that they are damp enough so that they get your face as clean as possible.

Mineral Makeup

Once you have wiped off all of the sweat off of your face, then it's time to add some makeup. If you live in a humid environment or if you work in a place where you sweat a lot (even after the gym), then you can get some sweat-resistant mineral powder. One of the great things about mineral makeup, in general, is that it tends to be a lot more organic than other types of makeup, which can help your skin continue to breathe throughout the day after you have sweat everything out. If you put non-organic makeup on your skin when it's still sweaty and recovering from a workout, it may make you breakout even more, but with mineral makeup, you shouldn't have to worry about it. Just look for sweat-resistant mineral powder

Showering after the gym every day can seem like a full-time job within itself. Keep these tips in mind to make sure that you don't have to shower before work after every time that you work out.
